upper-hand heading down
the stretch, as they picked
up a point on the NEWS to
hold down first place with a
pair of games in_ hand.
Darkroom scored a late goal
in the second half to squeeze
out a 3-2 win over LaBelle
Sole, as N.S. News were held
to a 2-2 draw by Pegasus.
The district Firefighters
pulled within a single point
of second place with their 5-
3 victory over Fagens Den.

finally yielded 5-3 to the
offensive firemen after
holding them to a 2-2 tie at
the end of the first half.
