Quay Market. Braumberger

restitution to the market.

Pamela Jean Ballance, 41,
of North Vancouver, reecived
six. months’ probacion after
she pleaded guilty to obtain-
ing money by false pretence
trom Canada Sateway on Aug.
Li in North Van City.

She was required co per-
form 30 hours of community
work.

Gil Bebbington, 41, of
North Vancouver, received
12) months’ probation atter
he was found guilty oft
@ assaulting a woman on
April 20 in North Vancouver
City;

Bebbington was prohibit-
ed from possessing firearms,
tor five years.

Burdett in North
Vancouver provincial court
on Oct. 16;

Mark Roy Vansickle, 37,
of West Vancouver, was fined
$300 after he pleaded not
guilty to impaired driving,
but instead pleaded guilty to
the lesser or included offence
of driving without due care
and attention. Under the
terms of a peace bond,
Vansickle promised the court
thar he would drive only
berween 6 a.m. and 9 a.m, for
three months, The original
charge stemmed from a Dee.
18, 1997, incident in| West
Vancouver.

Kieran John Brown, 19,
of North Vancouver, was
fined $750 after he pleaded
not guilty to possessing
cocaine for trafficking pur-
poses, but instead pleaded

ed offence of narcotic pos-
session. The original charge
stemmed from an April 18,
1997, incident in) North
Vancouver City.

Moss in North Vancouver
provincial court on Oct. 6:

Curtis Wilks, 48, of North
Vancouver, received = 12
months” probation after he
was found guilty of assaulting
a woman on Aug. 30 in
North Vancouver City.
