DAYCARE HELPER is wanted for general help at a daycare centre and to assist with field trips. The volunteer should enjoy children and be prepared to have a TB test. Hours are any three-hour shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. SOCIABLE ENERGETIC per- son is wanted to assist with food Preparation, setting tables and cleaning up at seniors luncheon. If you enjoy seniors and are available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Mon- day, Tuesday and/or Wednesday this opportunity will suit you. MATURE COMMITTEE MEMBER for a successful gov- ermment-recognized youth centre. The committee meets the third Tuesday of every month at 7:30 p.m. Volunteer should have a vital interest and understanding of teen issues. Business people are wel- come. GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS? Cancer Society wants a person to provide callers with in- formation concerning cancer treatments and services as well as assisting the callers in dealing with their practical and emotional con- cerns. Four-hour shifts to be nego- tiated. Training provided. Van- couver location. PERSONABLE DRIVERS needed on a regular basis to drive seniors to medical appointments. Volunteer is required to attend team meeting three times per year. Flexible hours. GIVE THE GIFT OF LIFE. Volunteers are needed to donate blood.
