have figured out that the spinach is
really added to the sauce.

and cook, very briefly, before toss-
ing the whole thing together with
the noodles. It beats leaving it sit-
ting on the counter.

Good news from a reader who
took heed of my warning about the
recall of certain Proctor-Silex cof-
fee makers (Model. A 566W Series
G3758 and Mode! A 567W Series
D4258 and D1068). They are faulty
and owners were warned to return
them to the company. (Proctor-
Silex Canada Inc., Dept 514, P.O.
Box 1630, Picton, Ont., KOK 2TO).

She bundled hers up (‘The clock

sent it back. The postage was
under $4, In return, she received a
brand-new coffee machine, a nice
letter and a frilly apron. She ad-
mitted that the machine was seven
years old and probably ready for
the junkpile. I had all sorts of egg
on my face when I had to admit to
her that 1’d not yet sent mine back.
