peared in North and West Van-
couver provincial courthouses
recently to face various charges
Jaid against them.

Last week’s Day in Court
listings mistakenly reported that
Kelly Mills was fined $50 afier |
pleading guilty to a charge of
failing to remain at the scene of
an accident. If fact, the 27-
year-old West Vancouver man
pleaded guilty to a charge of
failing to file an accident report
within 24 hours and was fined
$50. :

North Vancouver provincial court
Novy. 27: ‘

Irene Marie Duchoslav was fined
$20 after the Surrey woman plead-
ed guilty to failing to appear for a
court date scheduled for a traffic
violation.

Nov. 27:

Marise Sharon Desa was fined
$50 after the 19-year-old North
Vancouver woman was found guil-
ty of failing to remain at the scene
of an accident.

Stefan Wade Isherwood received
a suspended sentence, was placed
on probation for one year and
ordered to perform 35 hours of
community work service in the
first two months of that probation
after the. 19-year-old West Van-
couver man pleaded guilty to
charges of possession of marijuana
and possession of ‘a stolen moun-
tain bike.

Nov. 26:

Peter Harold Johansson was
fined $35 after the 43-year-old
Surrey man pleaded guilty to fail-
ing to appear for a court date
scheduled for a traffic violation.

Hugh Charles O’Neil was fined
$100 after the 27-year-old North

Vancouver man pleaded guilty to °

refusing. to leave a . licensed
premises in connection with an in-
cident at North Vancouver’s Lyn-
nwood Hotel pub.

Nov. 24:

Kim Rachelle Eadie was fined
$150 and .prohibited from driving
for one month after the 26-year-
old North Vancouver woman
pleaded guilty to failing to stop at
the scene of an accident. :

Gerard Harris Hanlon was fined
$750, placed on'probation for nine
months and ordered to stay out of
any North Shore nightclub, except
on business, for the duration of
that probation after the 21-year-
old. North. Vancouver. man was
convicted of assault causing bodily
harm to another male. -

Roscoe Dean Pridmore received
a conditional discharge, was placed
on probation’ for six months and

Susan Eileen Deman received a

conditional discharge, was placed

on probation for six months and
ordered to perform 25 hours of
community work service within
three months after the 22-year-old
North Vancouver woman pleaded
guilty to a charge of theft under
$1,000 in connection with mer-
chandise stolen from Canada
Safeway.

Richard West was fined $100
after the 28-year-cld Port Alberni
man pleaded guilty to a charge of
possessing cannabis resin.

Robert William Dykes received a
suspended sentence‘ and was
ordered to pay $20 in’ restitution
after the 20-year-old West Van-
couver man pleaded guilty, to tak-
ing a vehicle without consent.

Dennis Waddingham was fined
$100 after the 39-year-old Whistler.
man pleaded guilty to driving

Vancouver man pleaded guilty to
possession of marijuana.

Daryl Jost and Donna Jost were
fined $5 each after the North Van-
couver couple was found guilty of
using single-family zoned property

for a purpose not permitted under
the zoning.

George Fluter was fined $50
after the 20-year-old North Van-
