Nancy’s Chinese Chicken

6 whole chicken legs or

the equivalent of thighs

Yq cup soya sauce

v2 cup brown suger

1 cup water

i tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1-2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 tablespoons cornstarch

Y% cup sherry

chopped green onions

Brown legs in a non-stick frypan
with lid. (Don’t use lid for brown-
ing, but you'll need it tater.)
Remove legs. Combine soy sauce,
brown sugar, water ginger and
