SUMMERFEST, an event held by Lonsdale
Quay last summer, will be totally run by North
Vancouver City council by 1987 if Lonsdale Quay
Development Corporation gets its way.

$20,000 to stage, a figure that
Ald. Steila Jo Dean said was
too high.
