Services for Children with
Special Needs will be held in
the Students Union Building
at the University of British
Columbia.

The international conference
isa first for British Columbia
and will be well attended. Its
practical and applied nature
will have a large impact for
children with special needs.

social events and hospitality
activities for delegates from
the three continents that will

follow-up research on a
sample of children with
learning disorders.

prevention of developmental!
disabilities, treatment of the
multiple handicapped, child
rearing practices across cul-
tures and the ‘battered’
child.
