THE North Vancouver
District 44 school
board will vote Feb. 23
on a proposal to con-
solidate the French
immersion programs at
Brooksbank and Ross
Road elementary
schools.

The proposal would clini
nate the French program at
Brooksbank and transter those
students tea Ross Road
Elementary.

District 44 board chairman
Doughs MacKay Dunn said

therefore not cost effective.
