Before Judge Reginald Grandison in West Vancouver provircial court on Jan. 4: Olivio F. Dos’ Santos, 21, of Vancouver, was jailed four months after he pleaded guilty to stealing merchandise belonging to Eaton’s on Oct, 14, 1994, in West Vancouver. Before Judge J.K. Salemi, 25, of North Vancouver, was fined $200 after he was found guilty of obstruct- ing a police officer on May 22, 1994, in West Vancouver. Salemi was required to pay a $20 victim surcharge, James Alexander Finlayson, 23, of Vancouver, was fined $300 after he pleaded not guilty to possessing . cocaine for trafficking purposes, but instead pleaded guilty to the lesser or included offence of narcotic posses- sion. The trafficking charge stemmed from a July 24, 1993, incident that occurred at Ambleside Park in West Vancouver. , Before Judge J.K.
