couver is offering three workshops
this fall.

Creative Dishes with Chicken
takes place on Wednesday, Oct. 25
from 7 to 10 p.m. Participants will
learn to create chicken dishes
glamorous enough for entertain-
ing. The workshop is instructed by
Romy Reimann and costs $17.

Learn to do more with your mi-
crowave than defrosting and re-
heating at the Level 1 Microwave
Workshop. An assortmer:t of reci-
pes will be covered and many
helpful hints given. This workshop
happens Monday, Nov. 20 from 7
to 9:30 p.m and costs $17.

Go beyond the basics of micro-
wave cooking at the Ethnic and
Entertaining Microwave
Workshop, being held on Monday,
Nov. 27 from 7 to 9:30 p.m.

quet sports this fall for all ages and

year-olds is under way Thursdays
from 3:30-4:30 p.m.

For older teens student racquet-
ball lessons follow the juniors
from 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Adult racquetball lessons for
beginners and advanced players
start this weekend. Registration
fills up quickly so early registration
