Two of the buildings built within the last 18 months, Lynn Valley Professional Centre and Westview Pro- fessional Centre have been developed to service the local neighborhoods in which they are situated. This continucs the trend of the North Shore business district leaving the traditional central Lonsdale area. The major focus of activi- ty for the North Shore office market continues to be the Lonsdale Quay.
