Mali expansion on schedule

CONSTRUCTION con-
tinues on schedule with the
Capilano Mall expansion.
The mail is a beehive of ac-
tivity as workers add an ex-
tra 80.000 square feet of
space to the mall to accom-
modate an extra 50 stores.
The first phase of the new
parking area was completed
at the end of October. There
will be four levels of parking
for a total of 2,400 parking
spaces when work is com-
plete. The newly expanded
mall will be officially opened
April 16.
