16 of the Municipal Act, and to specially charge 100% of the costs against the

noon there are about a half-

dozen $2 minimum tables
but most of these are
changed by 4:30. Seats are at
a premium for the $2 tables,
with people lined up waiting
a turn. If you can't cope with
the higher limit, it’s wise to
arnve about 11:30, before
the opening.

Vancouver to the Lummi
Reserve from various places
(downtown, Burnaby and
Surrey) and you can get the

Even in the self-serve
cafeteria there is a jar
