Another Italian culinary venture with a touch of Greek thrown in for good measure. Or real gastronomic histo- rians will recall Bennington’s back in the distant ‘80s, a place of seafood and steak. All have taken a run at the transit terminal dining venue. Some have had longer runs than others. Some better runs than others. But all have met with the same fate. As with his predecessois, Stara is confident that he has the right ingredients to make No. 3 Chadwick Court sing as it should.
