The Greater Vancouver Regional District and its
member municipalities operate one of the largest liquid
waste systems in Canada. managing 740 billion litres of
liquid waste each year, Over the nest four years, the GVRD
will develop a fiquidl waste management plan. with input
from a number of technical advisory groups.

We have openings on the following advisory groups for
people with scicutific. cavironmental management oF
planning expericnee related to liguid wastes:

* Environmental monitoring

Membership on these advisory groups is voluntary with
ho remuneration involved. Participants will be required to
attend between six and ten daytime meetings cach year for
the next three to four years.
