To amend the text of the Zoning By-law by revising
several of the regulations and by introducing some
minor housekeeping items which apply to landscape
screening.

The said by-law will redefine “landscape screen” to
clarify its intent, require sightline clearance at the
intersection point of two streets, or a street and a-
lane; screening of residential property from the Up-
per Levels Highway; the maintenance ct. screening
of outdoor storage; screening of commercial use
from residential use under Section 609B and screen-
irig of industrial uses from residential uses.

§- This by-law will also spell out the remedy in the event ‘

of default by the person required to install the land-
scape screen.

ALL PERSONS who deem their property to
be affected by the proposed amending by-law have
the opportunity to be heard, in person, by attorney,
or by petition.
