Stamp album on sale

THE 1997 edition of Canada Post’s annual stamp album went

on sale just before Christmas at postal ontlets across the country.

The Callection of Canada’s Stamps reviews all the stamps
released in the past year with background information on the
artists involved in the production of each scries.

Among the subjects on postage last year were: Grizzly Bear,
Masterpieces of Canadian Art (W.J. Philips), Gilles Villencuve,
World Congress of the PTTI, Confederation Bridge, Scenic
Highways (including the Sea to Sky Highway siown on page)
and Canada’s Year of Asia Pacific.
