Grandison ic West Van
provincial court on Jan. 22:
Connie Oi-Ling Hau, 46, of
West Vancouver, was fined
$150 after she pleaded guilty
to driving without due care and
attention on Dec. 1, 1995, on

Frank Edward Policnick.
34, of Delta, was fined $250
after he pleaded guilty to fail-
ing to produce his commercial
fishing licence in waters near
West Van on Nov, 6, 1995.

Neil Osborne Styles, 31, of

Vancouver, was jailed 14 days
and received 12 months’ pro-
bation after he pleaded guilty
to stealing = merchandise
belonging to London Drugs on
Jan. 16 in West Vancouver.

provincial court on Jan. 17:

Kenneth A. Enns, 55, of
Vancouver, was fined $300
after he pleaded not guilty to
impaired, but instead pleaded
guilty to the lesser or included
offence of driving without due
care and attention.

Jan. 16:

Michael Matthew Adamick,
33, of Vancouver, was jailed
three months after -he pleaded
guilty to break. enter and theft
of an apartment in the 1500-
block of Duchess Avenue on
May 13, 1995, in West Van.

The jail sentence was rec-
ommended served at the
Forensic Psychiatric Institute.
