A one-day workshop on medita-
tion will teach participants to deal
with the stresses and anxieties of
everyday life through meditation.
The workshop takes place on
Saturday, Oct. 15 from 9 a.m. to 4
p.m.

On Oct. 22 and 29 from 9:30
a.m. to 12:30 p.m., a two-day in-
troduction to acupressure will take
place.

A workshop on_ osteoporosis
prevention “and management will
be held on Wednesday, Nov.- 9
from 7:30 to 9:30-p.m. The-course
will ‘cover an overview of the
causes, prevention. and manage-
ment of osteoporosis. A question
and answer period will also be in-
cluded.
