A Vegetarian section has been added ($11.50 to $11.95 — the . trio includes Vegetable Stuffed Romaine Rolls and Grilled - Vegetables with Wild Rice Cakes and a Spicy Tomato Jam), but the restaurant’s kitchen still focuses on hearty red-meat dishes (Filet Bridge House, $18.50; Loin of Veal Forester, $16.95; Filet of Pork Bridget, $14.95; Roasted Beef Tenderloin Chateaubriand, $42) and assorted seafood (Tiger Prawns Capilano, $17.95) and poultry (Duckling Elizabeth, $16.95) entrees.
