On October, 6, the municipally owned Northlands Golf Course was officially opened in a special ceremony at which Council joined in unveiling a dedication plaque inscribed with the words “created in harmony with the natural setting for the enjoyment of all” These words seemed to come alive as a waterfall began co flow down the granite rockface serving as a backdrop to the ceremony.
