PORK ORIENTAL
WITH PINEAPPLE

1 tbsp. margarine
1 Ib. lean pork,
cubed
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

S Young ‘‘grade A’’ rabbit

2 tsp. Worcestershire
sauce
1 tsp. soya sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 medium onion,
chopped
1 can (150z.) pmeapple
‘tidbits
‘4 green pepper, chopped
(optional)
1 tbsp. cornstarch
‘A tsp. curry powder
(or less)
‘“ chicken bouillon cube >
in 2 cup warm water

Brown pork in margarine.
Add salt,
cestershire sauce,
sauce, lemon juice, brown
sugar and onion. Add water
to make 1 cup pineapple
juice. Pour over pork. Bring
to boil and simmer 30 to 40
mins. Add green pepper and
