into a playful puppy ora
kooky kid's hat. “I've been drawing: and dreaming

about balloons my whole life,” smiles Sylvia. Her inflat-
able animals and whimsical flower bouquets thrill kids of
all ages. “I love working with children,” she says. “It's like
magic for me. I love asking them what they like, and finding

out what is important to them.” fe
Saving for an education is what's important to -year-old Diane
Alter, one of the youngest buskers at the Quay. Last year she was
