MOUNT SEYMOUR hosts the
first night-slalom event of the
1996 Masters Ski Series on the
evening of Wednesday, Jan. 24.

Over 80 racers between the ages
15 and 70 ure expected to take part
in the night of racing.

The Masters Ski Series features
a 25-race schedule with skiers corm-
peting in age categories through
slalom, giant slalom and super G
courses, Points are awarded over
the season with the series’ final set
for April in Whistler during the
inaugural World Ski & Snowboard
Festival.

Race fees for the Mount
Seymour race are $16 which
includes racing and fun apres ski at
the Rock Chute. All revenues from
race fees help support the develop-
ment of B.C. junior racing.
