Every year since 1980 we have taken it upon ourselves to prepare a Est
of recommendations we think are the most appropriate for your RRSP.
This year is no exception. We have made adjustments for the times. For
example we have overweighted "equity* vehicles and we would use the
“foreign content" rules to their limit. Our 1993/94 RRSP Kit includes al

Funds, 4 Canadian Balanced Funds and 6 Foreign Equity Funds.

If you prefer stocks to Mutual Funds we have prepared a short fst
of 6 which we believe will do weil. Many think capital gains
should be confined to non-RASP. accounts. It seems to us that
growth of your ARSP, by whatever means, is also important.

Some investors prefer “Guarantees” in their RRSP. ‘This section of
our RRSP Kit details the best of the "guaranteed" options.

The RRSP rules. In January 1991 new quidelines were estabished
for RASP contribution fimits — mostly for the better. Some of the
regulations are still confusing some investors. We think that our
report entitled "The New RRSP Aules* answers all those ques-
tions.

We sense that having just one Selt-Administered RASP al under
one roof Is gaining acceptance wilh investors. it's cheap, it's effi-
cient, it can include all RRSP eligible items from GIC's to Mastual
Funds to Stocks to 20% Foreign Content. In our Kit we discuss the
