Slasher sought GREATER VANCOUVER Crime Stoppers investigators are seeking a North Vancouver slasher. ‘What began as a routine night vut for three friends ended in bioodshed on Dec. 18, 1992. Two young men pulled up behind the three in a Jate- model Volkswagen Jetta. The driver provoked the group by waving a gun. As they tried to back away, the passenger of the Jetta jumped out of the car and stabbed the victim in the ab- domen. The police have the driver in custedy, but are seeking public assistance in identifying the passenger of the suspect vehicte. The suspect is described as being a white male in his carly 20s, He has « smalt mark under his left eye. Both suspects ure involved in gang activities.
