HOROSCOPES

‘We are lived
by the infinite’

TIME-LIFE books, advertising their new volume, Stars,
tells us that the ancient atoms from which we are formed
derive from ‘‘vast starry clouds untold eons ago. The iron
in your blood, the calcium in your bones, the carbon in
your tissues — it is all the stuff of the stars.

“You are, in every sense, star-
dust. And the thousand billion
suns in the universe are your
home!”’

This I've known ‘‘forever’’
(past, present and future are all
simultaneous in the efernal now!)
and so it does my heart good to
see this level of consciousness
coming from Time-Life.

Stars Are Us is the name of one
of my columns.

Five centuries ago, the renown-
ed occultist, alchemist and physi-
cian, Paracelsus, wrote: ‘‘All the
powers of the Universe are con-
tained in man and man's physical
body and all his organs are pro-
ducts and representations of the
powers of nature.”’

if I have ‘“‘Manna’”’ in my con-
stitution, I can attract ‘‘Manna’”’
from heaven. ‘‘Saturn”’ is not on-
ly in the sky, but also deep in the
earth and ocean. What is
“Venus’’ but the ‘Artemisia’
that grows in the garden? What is
‘fron’? but ‘‘Mars’’? Venus and
Artemisia are both the products of
the same essence, and Mars and
iron are both manifestations of
the same cause.

He who knows iron knows the
attributes of Mars. He who knows
Mars knows the qualities of iron.

What would become of your
heart if there were no sun in the
universe? ‘What would be the use
of your ‘‘vasa spermatica’ if
there were no Venus?

alize that one need not be “at ef-
fect’? of some ‘‘outside cause.’*
There is no separation on any
level whatsoever. Macro and
microcosm are one.

The next step is to realize that
who we really are is the very
essence of the dust of stars which
is star light which is conscious-
ness, which is part and parcel of
the great spirit which is in-
separable from the source and
very ground of all and everything.

We could look up, down and ali
around and get the feel and realize
that all this is infinity grasped by
the finite and the finite lived by
the infinite.
