(Ellsworth Dickson photo) CHARGED WITH PARK ROYAL ATTACKS ‘Grabber’ suspect arrested A 26-year-old man suspected of being the ‘Grabber’ has been arrested and charged by West Vancouver Police. A West Vancouver Police spokesman said Stephen Frederick Stanley, of Port Coquitlam, has been charged with two counts of indecent assault. Stanley was arrested Thursday in connection with indecent assaults on women in the Park Royal shopping centre between March and December of last year. ‘Careless’ buyer fined $500 A North Vancouver man whose buying habits were descnbed by his lawyer as being so“careless” they are “reckless” was fined $500, recently . on three counts of purchasing goods under false pretences.
