Skagen likened the proposed plant to _a laundry and stated that all ‘that .happens -is that the impurities are.extracted to make the oil as good as new. _ The impurities also pro-. duce a waste product which can-_be used in the production aking material. Community schools backed in WV Recommendations of West Vancouver's Community School Task Force led by Alderman Ann Arnott were adopted as policy by West Vin counvil last week. The task force encouraged council to retain the com- munity school concept in the. western section of the district, to extend decentral- ized recreation programs and JACK DAVIS to continue co-operation with the school board on cost- sharing——with council paying 25 per gent and the school board paying 75 per cent of funding.
