‘Teens needed

.RECCENTRE KAREN Magnussen is

looking for youths who are inter-
ested in getting involved with the
teen committee, which is run by
the local Teen Drop-in Centre
located in the recCentre at 937
Lynn Valley Rd. in North Van-
couver.

The teen committtee is being
organized for the upcoming
school season. Members, aged 13
through 17 years, will be respon-
sible for planning and organizing
trips, programs, activities, fund-
raisers and dances.

The committee is also in charge
of memberships and drop-in cen-
tre protocel. Members liaise
between teens and staff under the
guidance of a youth leader.
