We just had an insulated, unfinished steel door instalied. What
should we use to finish the door with?

It is a regulatory measure that steel doors must
be painted within the first 90 days of installation. The
product to use is a URETHANE EXTERIOR FINISH.

URETHANE is a

a plastic based product. Therefore,

when the door expands or contracts, there will be no

probiems with the paint.

The door should be cleaned thoroughly, using
our special cleaning formula. We suggest that you
remove all hardware before painting, ic. door knobs,

hinges.

Please ensure that you apply paint to the top,

bottom and all edges of the door, therefore eliminating

the possibility of moisture seeping into the interior of
the door and causing the metal to rust.
Apply a URETHANE BASED PAINT, in the

colour of your choice.
