A NORTH Vancouver-based com-
pany is making inroads in furthering
the linkage between computers and
two-way video communication.

EyeTel Communications Inc. dis-
played its technology in action last
month with a video-confer-
encing session between a
teacher from Fromme ele-
mentary school in North
Vancouver and a teacher
from Syracuse, Indiana. The -
teachers discussed a curricu-
lum for their Grade 4 students.

EyeTel president and CEO pre-
dicts that the question ““What’s your
video number?” will soon be as
familiar as this one: “What's your
fax number?”
