The New Home Warranty

Program of B.C. and the

provides home buyers with

including the deposit or
downpayment to a registered
builder to a maximum of
$20,000

°* A guarantee that the
builder will live up to his
obhgations during the first
year of ownership of the new
home.

e Five-year protection
against major structural
defects to a maximum of
$20,000.

¢ Unbiased and knowledge-
able concithation = should
there be a dispute between
the purchaser and the
