creasingly militant non-smokers’
lobby, management at the Canyen
Gardens has decided to build a.
totally separate smoke-free addi-
tion to its main diring area.

Owner Ray Marinakis says he

= will be investing close to $50,000 in
the construction of the 40-seat fa-
cility, which is scheduled to be
completed in mid-July.

Marinakis has also launched a
cortest to name his new smoke-
free facility. First prize will be a
Canyon Gardens champagne din-
ner for two.
