MAGIC QUICHE
‘A Ib. cooked, crumbled
bacon
4 oz. Swiss cheese,
grated (makes 1 cup)

‘A cup finely chopped onion -

7 oz. can corn, drained
4 epgs
% tsp. salt
pinch each of pepper
and nutmeg
‘A c. biscuit baking. -
mix
2c. milk

Heat the oven to 350
degrees. Generously grease
9 or 10 inch quiche pan.
Combine. bacon, cheese,
onion and corn; spread in
prepared pan. Place
remaining ingredients in
blender and blend at high
speed for 1 minute or beat
vigourously with an egg
