On Saturday, July 25, the
excitement of the Molson Indy
Vancouver comes to Surrey
with the fifth annual Mini
Molson Indy Vancouver Racing
Series at Surrey Place.

A fundraiser for the Make-a-Wish
Foundation, the Mini Indy gives teams
the excitement of Champ Car racing as
they race for the checkered flag in iden-
tically prepared Mini Indy go-karts.

Over a dozen corporate teams are
taking part in the Surrey Piace event,
which is the second of three Mini Indy
sin the Lower Mainland this sum-
. The final event will be held Aug.
22-23 at Concord Pacific Plage near the
site of the Molson Indy Vancouver.
The only requirements are the people

have a valid driver's license and are 1S-
years-old,

a jak, one spare wheel and tire and the
day’s events, including driver training,
track walk, quai rounds, a pit stop
competition and ap races.

To date, the Mini Molson Indy
Vancouver has raised over $84,000 for
the Make-a-Wish Foundation of British
Columbia.
