Hendry Ave. Morning classes are from 9:15 to 10:15
a.m. Monday to Saturday and include mild, moderate
and challenging workouts ledby qualified instructors.
The Y supplies mats for floor work, hand weights,

elastics and water. All participants need is appropriate
footwear and comfortable clothing.

Childminding is available for infants to school-age
children from 9 to I} a.m., so participants have time
for coffee and a shower afterwards.
