Before Judge J.D. Layton in North Vancouver provincial court Nov. 21: Rodney Brent Peek-Philpott was fined $25 after the 22-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to trespassing on B.C. Railway Co. tracks. Before Judge J.D. Layton in North Vancouver provincial court Nov. 18: Barry Henderson was sentenced to seven days in jail and fined $300 after the 31-year-old North Van- couver man pleaded guilty to driv- ing while he was prohibited to do so. Layton in North Vancouver provincial court Nov. 17: Dale Andrew Fletcher was fined $250 after the 19-year-old North Vancouver man was found guilty of obstructing a police officer in connection with a Dec. 6, 1987 in- cident. Paradis in North Vancouver provincial court Nov. 17: Adrian Sean Clarke received a conditicnal discharge and was placed on probation for six months after the 22-year-old North Van- couver man pleaded guilty to possessing a stolen licence plate.
