The Razz has a little extra
carbonation, and has that
wonderful fresh-raspberry
flavor and color, but it is not
overly sweet. In fact it
boasts fewer calories per
serving than grape, apple or
orange juice. I suggest you
pour some over a bow! of
fresh strawberries after
they’ve been sliced and light-
ly sugared. Or trickle some
over a bow! of Tofreezi.

Tofreezi? It’s tofu ice-
cream, made from soybean
milk and honestly flavored
with honey and fruits and
nuts, and sometimes with
giddy stuff like amaretto.

There are nine different
flavors in all—I had a little
cone with two of them at
once, .simply because I
couldn’t choose between
. mocha and amaretto.

You can find it: now in
yogurt bars and some
health-food stores, and -it
will be in regular . frozen-
food sections probably this
week, in one litre and one-
half litre sizes. It’s the
perfect dessert for all of us
calorie-counters and
choiesterol-carpers, because
it’s also a pleasure to eat.
