rarely active in January are
now imaking first contacts.
February and March are
becoming heavy listing
months.

That’s when homeowners
put their houses up for sale.
Now buyers are making of-
fers when there is still snow
on the ground.

Many astute buyers are

the market when the selec-
tion is greatest’? — when
brokers are building their
stock of listings for sale. 1
makes sense.

But where will it end?
That's the point. There will
always be people looking to
jump the gun.

As I have said before,
