STUDENTS are back at school and the Van-
couver School Board is still running a one-
man show, with B.C. government-appointed
Allan Stables acting in place of the nine
trustees who were fired by Education Minister
Jack Heinrich May 6, when the trustees would
not submit a budget within provincial gov-
| ernment spending limits. Heinrich recently
f announced he would not allow a Vancouver
trustee election this year. Inquiring reporter
asks:
