FRENCH IMMERSION IN
NORTH VANCOUVER SCHOOL DISTRICT

During the Spring of 1986, the School District
established a Task Force to make recommenda-
tions to the School Board regarding the future pro-
vision of French Immersion Programs in The
North Vancouver Schoo! District.

The Task Force will be holding a Public Meeting
on Wednesday, November 19, 1986 at Larson
Elementary Schooi, starting at 7:30 p.m. At the
Public Meeting, the Task Force will present its
major recommendations and invite questions and
comments from interested persons. Copies of the
Task Force Report can be obtained by contacting
the School District Office (987-8141).
