NOTICE is hereby given by the City of North Vancouver, pur-
suant to Section 957 of the Municipal Act of British Columbia,
that a Public Hearing will be held on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 22,
1986, at 7:30 PM., in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 141
West 14th Street, North Vancouver, BC., to receive representa-
tions in connection with the following proposed amendments to
the text of the “Zoning By-law, 1967". .

BY-LAW NO. 5755

To amend the text of the Zoning By-iaw by revising the definition
for “manufacturing use" so as to include repair businesses as
a principal use.

The amending by-law will have particular application to the M-5
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, !ccated in Blocks 20 and 21, D.L. 265,
situated south of First Street, between Hanes and Bewicke
