The Oldtimers team will be led by Darey Rota, who was forced to retire from the Canucks when he ran into back problems following the team’s run for the Stanley Cup in 1982-83. Also playing in the Nov, 2 game will be Canuck ex-captains, Chris Oddleifson and Orland Kurten- back. The mounties will be looking for the scoring punch of Lawson Boutilier and Tom Hansen, both of whom played junior hockey prior to joining the RCMP. Canuck Proceeds from the game.will be donated to the North Shore Minor Hockey As. ociation. The Canuck Oldtimers have been providing family fun and raising funds for minor h-_Key and selected charities throughout the British Columbia area for years.
