I frying chicken (cut up)
Y% cup butter

I cup buttermilk

I egg. slightly beaten
| cup flour

{ cup chopped pecans
y, cup sesame seeds
% tsp. salt

t Tb. paprika

4 tsp. pepper

In large shallow baking dish
melt butter. In flat bowl com-
bine buttermilk and egg,
slightly beaten. Inanother bowl
mix flour, pecans, sesame seeds
and seasonings. Dip chicken
pieces first in milk mixture then
in flour mixture, Put skin side
down in butter and turn so that
chicken is coated with butter,
Arrange skin side up and bake
I% hours, uncovered, at 350°,
Baste 2 or 3 times,
