their tenth game ot the
season and remain atop the
standings in the North Shore
Industrial Hockey League.
The Wrigley Canadians

were the victims most recent-
ly on the losing end of a 7-5 V
score. John Bell-Irving paced
the Blackhawks with two
goals and one assist.

Elsewhere the North Shore
News Wings put on a good
show but it was not enough
as they fell 4-2 to the favored
Super Valu Flyers. Neil Pier-
son, Monty Tuck, Tom Tip-
pen and Randy Beckler
scored for the Flyers while
Tom Burke and Stu Davis
rephed for the News.

Things did not go so well
for the News earler in the
week as they fell 8-1 to the
Wagner Raiders. Phil Keefe
scored the hat trick for the
Raiders as did Scott Riddell
to pace their club to victory.
Darnell Horst and Bill Wahl
were the other scorers.

Raven Rangers and
Wagner Raiders were involv-
ed in a penalty filled contest
with the Raven winning in the
end 5-3. The Raiders were up
3-0 at the end of the first
penod but could not hold on
