WASHINGTON (UPI) - A consumer group
Wednesday singled out a plastic beagle that
“puddles” in its own pan as the most stupid toy of
the 1980 Christmas shopping season.

“The only gimmick with
this toy is that here's a dog
that urinated,” said Ann
Brown, head of _ the
