The location needs to be very easy
to find, and easily accessible. The
“space is required to be ground
floor with direct public access at
grade. Parking is required for
twenty-five (25) vehicies on site
or within 305 m (1,000 ft.) plus 1
handicapped parking stall adjacent
to the entrance, and all parking
shall be available on a 24 hour,
seven days per week basis.

Turnkey proposals which include
the cost of taxes, insurance and fit
“up are preferred. A five (5) year
term with a renewal option is
desired.
