As part of the Local Improvement Initiative (Municipal Act - Section 656), TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council
of The Corporationof the City of North Vancouver intends to construct 17 paved lanes and ditch enclosures.

6. The Property Owner's portion of the cost of this project, without speed arresters, shall be an annual charge of $8.04 for each metre’ eof taxable

. ALL PERSONS desiring to petition against the undertaking of any of the above constructions must do so on or before SEPTEMBER 27, 1993, but more.
than 50‘ in number of the owners (representing at least 50% of the assessed value of the lands involved) must sign such a petition before Council can
be prevented from proceeding with any of the works. In the case of joint ownership, both owners must sign, and where two or more persons are the
owners of the property, a majority of them must sign the petition. Where the property is registered in the name of a limited company, an officer of the.
- company must sign the petition and show his or her position in the company. .
